To create an animation and comic strip tool that would work as a storytelling tool I have encouraged the teachers I work with to build comics that have different ways of the students looking the prompt material. For example the speech bubbles could be blank or the students could continue a story started by the teacher or they could choose to use one of the tools to extend, rewrite or finish a story in their own way using the target language.
